It's no secret about Longmont City Councilmember Sean McCoy's open hatred for the Longmont Area Economic Council (LAEC) and its president John Cody. Why wouldn't he hate them, they bring jobs to Longmont.
In a recent press release, LAEC reported "The Longmont Economic Council would like to welcome Sundrop Fuels as its newest primary employer. They are a gasification-based cellulosic advanced biofuels company and is moving its corporate headquarters from Louisville in October. They will initially have 24 people with plans to add more over time."
Of course the first thing that came to mind was yet another YouTube video of Sean McCoy extolling the virtues of "sucking methane". No really.
