Video Of The Day: Sean McCoy sinks to a new low

No, this is not a mugshot
You'd think it would be a good thing that we have an (endlessly self-described) "educator" on our city council. A learned person to bring enlightenment and civility to our weekly proceedings. Well, in Longmont's case, you'd be dead wrong.

Case in point: Councilmember Sean McCoy, vocation: educator, apparently.

Now class, here's how an educator should be a shining example - and to whoever is responsible for the hiring and continuing employment of such an example, here's a model employee.

McCoy Tweets hatred for Mayor, citizens

Longmont City Councilmember Sean McCoy has given us a glimpse into how he really feels about things via his Twitter account.  After exposing this account, one of two things will happen:  1) it will be "cleansed" of the abrasive and insulting material provided straight from the mouth of Sean McCoy, or 2) it will be left alone, added to, and celebrated.

Times-Call trying to bury possible McCoy campaign rule violations

The comment deletion policy at the recently bought out Times-Call continues in an agenda-driven direction.  This time comments relevant to their story Gallegos to run for at-large Longmont council seat were deleted en-masse when the issue of the McCoy campaign possibly coercing former Ward 3 councilmember Ron Gallegos from running against Sean McCoy.
